If you need to see a provider right away, you can skip registration and schedule an appointment. We will then register you during the visit.
If you do not have an acute complaint or need to be seen right away and you are not yet registered, you can initiate the registration process by using the "sign up" button at the top of this page or below. Then finish the registration process by completing the necessary information in the patient health record (PHR) of the patient portal. You will be paired with a personal physician during this process.
Whenever you need to be seen by your personal doctor, log into your patient portal and then the PHR and request a consultation (eg for a symptom, requesting a prescription, requesting a lab or just requesting medical advice) .
You can do so by initially messaging him/her and then setting up a video encounter at a time convenient for you. You can also go straight to setting up the video encounter by booking an appointment, without first messaging the provider.
When the time of your appointment comes, you can check in to the virtual clinic room by clicking on the conference link in your confirmation email, or by logging in to the patient portal, clicking on the virtual clinic rooms button and then choosing your state's virtual clinic room form the list on the next page.
After your physician has seen you at the virtual consultation appointment, your encounter is then closed (usually with a prescription sent to the pharmacy of your choice, blood work or imaging study ordered or a referral made.
Message your provider in the PHR anytime, about anything that you need help with or as scheduled for follow up.
