Hello! My name is Kanchan Saagi. I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and a certified Transformational Health Coach. Through my studies, and years of practice I have had the opportunity to work and serve a complex mix of clients with chronic conditions to preventative health and nutrition issues.
I believe transformational coaching techniques based on habit change bridges the fine gap between providing information and helping people implement information into action.
This platform is created to help clients with curated health and nutrition information and/or means by which you can get in touch with me, so that I can help and serve you better. It’s not going to be the same old messages/teachings about food, nutrition and health. It’s about habit change; creating a greater possibility around your relationship with food, understanding the mindset and psychology of food choices – a way that leaves your body and soul feeling nourished and fulfilled without ever having to undergo the inner struggle around weight, body image or dis-ease conditions. There is nothing more rewarding than experiencing this transformation to a healthier and happier YOU!!
